At Timeless Beauty US, we strive to ensure your products arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Below, we detail our delivery options, timeframes, and conditions.
Shipping Information:
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We ship to all cities in the United States. Currently, we only ship to selected Countries and cities within the United Kingdom, Africa, Asia, Caribbean, Oceania, and South America.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship orders using the following trusted carriers:
- UPS
- USPS
- DHL
- FedEx
The carrier used for your order will depend on your location, shipping method selected, and availability.
Processing Time:: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, this does not include shipping time.. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Standard Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
- United States: 5-10 business days including processing time: Tracking provided.
- International: 7-20 business days including processing time. Tracking provided.
Expedited Shipping reduces the shipping time, but not the processing time.
- United States: 2-3 business days. Tracking provided.
- International: 4-12 business days. Tracking provided.
United States- Standard $9.99. Orders over $60.00 qualify for free standard shipping, automatically applied at checkout. Expedited shipping $29.99
UK& France- Standard $26.00. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping. Expedited shipping $55.00
Oceania- Standard $26.00. Orders over $100.00 qualify for free standard shipping, automatically applied at checkout. Expedited $87.00
Rest of the World: Standard $26.00. Orders over $100.00 qualify for free standard shipping, automatically applied at checkout. Expedited $67.00
Shipping Status:
Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.
Order Changes:
Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.
Item Not Received:
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at hello@timelessbeauty-us.com.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to check your package status online.
If you have not received a tracking number within 4-8 business days, please contact us at hello@timelessbeauty-us.com and we will be happy to help you.
United States Taxes
We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
Customs Duties & Taxes -International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes determined by the destination country. Import thresholds, tax rates, and duty rules vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
